Whats cool? Opera bills its latest browser as the fastest the developer has produced to date. Its designed to use less data when working on your Android devices, and includes a number of handy new features. The Discover mode helps users create personalized news feeds from articles you find around the web, and Opera is built to maximize your data connection even when youre out of 3G coverage. The app also carries a handy download manager that gives you a great deal of control of your downloads. Just keep in m ind that Opera browser is still in beta, which means there are probably still some bugs.

Spelltower ($1.99)
Whats cool? Spelltower is something of a combination of a word search and Tetris. The game requires players to draw a line through letters arranged on the screen in a grid in order to form full words, and clears not only the letters you use, but adjacent letters as well. Youll score points for clearing lots of letters at once, with the goal of clearing them all off the screen. Spelltower packs several game modes, and in a few of them, more letters are added to the bottom of the screen over time, so youll have to act fast to keep from being overwhelmed and losing. In addition to multiple modes you can enjoy alone, you can take on another player in Debate mode.
Whos it for? If you like word games, youll find a lot to love in Spelltower.
Whats it like? Try 7 Little Words for another solid word game, and Tetris for a puzzler of a different (but similar) sort.
